2004 Gaming Overview
I had intended to post this entry a long time ago, in early January, but I was not able to get the desired layout published. I wanted a format with table entries but for some reason the table added a whole lot of white space ahead of the table. Therefore I will (finally) publish this post in a plain format without tables.
Maybe it is the editor I use, maybe it's just my incompetence.
Annual Game Report
In 2004 I sat down 271 times to play games, either face-to-face sessions or on BrettSpielWelt. The FtF sessions were mostly with members of my gaming group RipCityGamers, but a fair share of them was with relatives. I didn't play a single game with co-workers in the office. As expected the most games were played in the two months that cover the bi-annual gaming retreat of my group. The driest month for me gaming-wise was November, due to a prolonged absence from the group. I visited BrettSpielWelt most often in the early part of the year, but haven't visited the site since June. I guess it shows that I prefer the social interaction of a group to the actual gameplay.
